There’s only one candidate for mayor but three for two trustee seats in the Village of Cobleskill’s November election.
Current Trustee Becky Stanton-Terk is running for mayor; Mayor Linda Holmes is not seeking re-election.
Those who filed for trustee by the May 28 deadline are Matt Barney, Lance Rotolo and Victor Taylor.
One of the vacant trustee seats will be that of Ms. Stanton-Terk. Trustee Nancy Van Deusen is not seeking re-election for the other seat.
The terms for mayor and trustees are for two years.
