The Times-Journal’s Trivia Mania goes red, white and blue this week.
The fourth edition of Trivia Mania is on page 20 in this issue and focuses on Independence Day, America and the fact that the nation’s 250th anniversary is just five years away.
T-J Proofreader and Historian Pete Lindemann came up with the questions, as he did for the first three: general topics, local history and summertime.
“We’ve found readers to really enjoy this, and so does Pete,” said T-J Sales Manager Bruce Tryon, who originated the idea.
Prizes to the winner or winners include gift certificates from businesses and $50 from the T-J.
Players have until Friday, July 16, to submit their answers, and the results will be in the July 21 T-J.
