A Town of Cobleskill man was killed Friday when he lost control of the ATV he was driving and overturned.
State Police said the accident happened at about 8:10pm on Loonenburgh Turnpike in the Town of Seward.
Killed was Joseph M. Yerdon, 49.
Police said Mr. Yerdon was traveling east on Loonenburgh Turnpike when he lost control of his ATV and overturned.
He was ejected from the ATV and declared deceased at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
