Just a few more days to nominate this year's T-J Star

12/16/2021

Nominations for the Times-Journal Star are coming down to the wire.
But there’s still time to get your candidate to us.
This will be the 30th time the Times-Journal has chosen a Star. John Elkan was the very first in the early 1990s; the Schoharie County Health Department was the latest, last January.
The T-J Star honors someone––or a group–having positive impact on Schoharie County over the past year.
Candidates can come from any field: the arts, education, government, health care, farming and more.
The deadline is this Monday, the 20th at 5pm. There are several ways to nominate:
•By email, tjopurnalnews@yahoo.com, with T-J Star in the subject line.
•By phone, 518-234-2515.
•By fax, 518-234-7898.
•By mail, Times-Journal, PO Box 339, Cobleskill, NY 12043.
Nominations should include not only the person’s name but also why he or she deserves to be a Star.
We also need the name of person doing the nomination and contact information incase we have questions or want more information.
