Troopers: Man shot West Fulton firehouse, pool

State Police arrested a West Fulton man Sunday after they said he took shots at the hamlet’s fire house and a nearby pool.
Arrested was 53-year-old Brian Goodrich.
According to State Police, Mr. Goodrich is accused of shooting a firearm from his vehicle while on West Fulton Road.
Troopers said shots struck and damaged the West Fulton Firehouse; they also hit and damaged an above-ground pool on a neighboring property.
No one was inside the firehouse at the time and no one was injured during the incident, Troopers said.
Mr. Goodrich was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony, and possession of a large capacity ammo feeding device, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was taken into custody and processed at State Police, Cobleskill, where he was issued an April 6 appearance ticket for Fulton Town Court.
