For the sixth year, Schoharie Chapter NSDAR is participating in the national Wreaths Across America, whose goal is to place a wreath at every veteran’s grave in honor of their service to the country.
The Schoharie Chapter has made a few local changes to its participation due to difficulties with weather and unpredictable numbers of wreaths delivered to both Coltrain and Mereness Putnam Funeral homes for distribution.
For Schoharie and Middleburgh Cemeteries, wreaths can be ordered for specific graves, or for any veteran for $17.

Schoharie Chapter is asking that if you order wreaths, you make your own arrangements for placement.
If you live out of the area, contact someone you know to arrange for this.
The Schoharie Chapter has also partnered with Mereness Putnam Funeral Home, and orders may be placed on the same link for delivery to their address in Cobleskill.
