Schoharie County Public Transportation is considering expanding Route 5 to add two new service areas.
The first area under consideration is Esperance, Sloansville, Groverners Corners, Central Bridge and the east side of the Town of Carlisle.
The second area is being considered for expansion is Wright, Gallupville and the east side of the Town of Schoharie.
These routes would be once weekly demand response routes bringing passengers into Cobleskill for morning shopping, medical appointments etc.
