Santa Claus is coming to Cobleskill on Saturday––a couple of times, in fact.
Holiday activities will fill the day, with the annual Marines’ Toys for Tots train arriving and a parade, tree-lighting and more sponsored by Cobleskill Partnership Inc.
Events will start at the firehouse at 2:30pm with ornament-making sponsored by the Tri-County Arts Council.
The Toys for Tots train, with Santa aboard, is scheduled to arrive at the firehouse at 3:05.
Family crafts and activities, including a movie for kids, will continue at the firehouse.
The parade, with Cobleskill-Richmondville Principal Brian Dineen as grand marshal, will step off from NBT Bank at 6pm and march to Centre Park. Santa will be a special guest in the parade.
Jack Ingels of Cobleskill Restoration and Development will lead the tree-lighting directly after the parade.
Events will move back to firehouse, where kids can visit with Santa.
