Dam Concerned Citizens, Inc. will hold its annual meeting Wednesday, March 25 7-9pm at the Fultonham Union Church, Route 30.
The featured speaker will be Robert Titus on “Regional Rainfall Trends and Their Geological and Environmental Implications.”
Dr. Titus is a professor at Hartwick College and has written several books and articles, many of the articles on the Gilboa Dam/Schoharie Reservoir.
Other speakers will include:

• Gail Shaffer, “Why we need an independent inspector.”
