16th Spring Plant Sale May 21 at CEE

5/3/2011

Cornell Cooperative Extension Schoharie County Master Gardeners will host the 16th annual Spring Plant Sale on Saturday, May 21, from 9am-1pm at the Extension Center, Cobleskill, directly across from the Sunshine Fairgrounds.
A variety of perennials, herbs, annuals, vegetables, houseplants, trees, small shrubs, garden books, and other garden accessories will be available at very reasonable prices.
Master Gardener volunteers and friends of Cornell Cooperative Extension will be donating plants to the sale.
Plant donations are appreciated and will be accepted at the Extension Office during office hours from May 9-13 and again from May 16-20, or by appointment until Thursday, May 19.
The Extension Spring Plant Sale is an annual fundraiser in support of the Consumer Horticulture and Master Gardener Programs, two of many non-profit, educational programs of Cornell Cooperative Extension Schoharie County.
The programs provide gardening information, workshops and soil tests, and work within the community on gardening projects. For more information or to donate plants for the sale, contact the Extension office at 234-4303 or email schoharie@cornell.edu.
