Primary? There's a primary?

Two seats, one for the Democrats and one for the Republicans, will be on the ballot next Tuesday during the federal primary.
Voting areas will be open from noon to 9pm.
Democrats will be able to cast ballots to decide who will represent the party in November election's for Congress.
Vying for the Democratic nomination are Joel Tyner and Julian Schreibman.
The winner will face Republican Chris Gibson in the fall.
Because of redistricting, Congressman Paul Tonko will no longer be representing Schoharie County after 2012.
Republicans will be choosing from among three people to run for the U.S. Senate in the fall.
The three candidates are: Wendy Long, Bob Turner, and George Maragos.
The winner will face Senator Kirsten Gillibrand in November.
The state primaries are normally in September.
