All welcome to SUNY Cobleskill Cultural Arts Series

SUNY Cobleskill is offering everything from American blues to Asian dance in its Cultural Arts Series this fall.
Open to the public, the series will be held at several sites around the campus over the next three months.
The lineup;
Earthbeat!, presented by the Vanaver Caravan Dance and Music ensemble, is a rhythm and percussion show including dance from American, Romanian, Indian, Brazilian and Spanish cultures. Wednesday, September 19, 7:30pm, Bouck Theater.
Uncommon Sounds will have SUNY Cobleskill Professor Ed Stander and local musicians Tom Wadsworth and Brian Melick perform on glass harmonica, singing bowl, ullieann pipes, Udu drum and nose whistle. Thursday, October 11, 7:30pm, Frisbee Hall 200.
Acoustic Blues Workshops feature SUNY Cobleskill alumnus Mike Herman share his talent and teach new skills to fledgling and experienced guitarists. Mr. Herman has produced nine CDs and has taught for 15 years. Bring your guitar. Mondays, October 15, 22, 29, 7-9pm, Bouck Theater.
Theater Revue Extraordinaire, presented by White Knuckle Productions, includes comedy, drama, live music, magic, short story readings and a staged game of chess. Friday, November 2, 7:30pm, Bouck Theater.
China Patterns, presented by the New York City China Cultural Center, is a medley of traditional Chinese dance and music including the Lion Dnce, Red Ribbon Dance, Fan Dance and Xin Jiang Dance. Thursday, November 15, 7:30pm, Bouck Theater.
