A SUNY Cobleskill student died after a two-vehicle head-on accident on Route 10 in Sharon Springs last Wednesday morning.
Two other people were injured in the accident which occurred at 9:17am in the north end of the Village of Sharon Springs, according to the Schoharie County Sheriff's Office.

Mr. Failla, of Wilson, was a bachelor of technology student in his senior year of study, college officials said.
Mr. Failla was driving south on Route 10 in a 2008 Dodge Dakota and was entering Sharon Springs when his vehicle crossed the center line striking a northbound 2008 Ford F-250 driven by Larry C. Mondore, 50, of Deansboro.

The road was closed until about 4pm while the investigation was being conducted.
