The Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley will hold its first-ever vintage costume jewelry sale, featuring everything from lockets to earrings and maybe even tiaras this Friday and Saturday at the Caverns Palace.
The Bling for Paws fundraiser will run from 6-9pm Friday and from 10am-2pm Saturday.
Admission is free.
There will be light refreshments and a cash bar available.
All items are pre-owned and organizers will be accepting donations right up until sale time.
Just about any kind of costume jewelry is welcome: Necklaces, lockets, bracelets, rings, earrings, brooches, tiaras, lapel pins, service pins, cuff links, tie tacks, fraternal emblems, sports and military insignias, school rings, bolos, and more.
Anyone with items to donate can drop them off at the Shelter, 304 Howes Cave Road, Wednesday-Friday, 1-5pm.
