Next week's Times-Journal will be published on Tuesday because Veterans' Day falls on the 11th, Wednesday.
Post offices are closed on the 11th, and T-J subscriptions go through the mail, hence the earlier publication date.
There will be early deadlines.
Ad deadlines are:
4:30pm Thursday: All arts and entertainment, auto and real estate ads.
4:30pm Friday: All other display advertising and legal and classified ads.
News deadlines:
10am Friday: Letters to the editor, columns for the editorial page, correspondence, social and college news and arts and entertainment items.
9am Monday: Sports, obituaries and meeting notices.
The Times-Journal office will be closed Wednesday the 11th and will reopen at 8am Thursday morning.
