Results from Schoharie County's write-in, military and absentee ballots for the November 3 election were unavailable at press time Tuesday.
An issue with the election for the State Supreme Court Justice in the Third Judicial District caused the delay.
Schoharie County is one of seven counties in the district. The race for justice pitted Christina Ryba against Norman Massry.
The Schoharie County Board of Elections were to tally the ballots on Tuesday, but officials were unsure whether they'd finish that day.
Among local races that could be decided by write-in, military and absentee ballots are Cobleskill village trustee, Fulton town clerk, and councilmen races in Carlisle and Wright.
